Start a conversation to learn how we both work. Let's see if we're a good fit for working together. Share what you need, like, and your budget.

If we're on the same page, let's build our skilled team. Sam will suggest architects he's worked with (if you need one*). You, your Architect, and Sam will collaborate to craft a detailed plan and design brief. This includes drawings, materials, and costs.

After designing, we will give you a proposal and contract. This contract outlines what's planned, the time it takes, payments, and more. Talk with your team before signing. The Architect will apply for consents, we will organise Insurance and together we confirm the start date. Exciting!

Your forever Architectural home takes shape. We will oversee the entire construction process which includes supervising workers, monitoring progress, and staying on schedule.
You will get updates on how things are going, so you are always in the loop.

Sam will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction. Any necessary adjustments or touch-ups will be scheduled before the move-in date. You will be given a maintenance schedule, product warranties, Registered Master Builder Guarantee, and Certificate of Completion. Celebrate and enjoy day after day living in the forever Architectural Home that you envisioned and made a reality.
